Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA)

We are seeking an experienced, artistic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Aesthetic Injector to lead and grow our non-surgical aesthetics program. You will provide a full range of injectable, laser and energy-based treatments, work alongside our surgical team to create comprehensive treatment plans, and build lasting relationships with a loyal patient base. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled injector who wants a busy, established practice with strong surgical referrals and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Perform aesthetic consultations, facial assessments and customized treatment plans that balance patient goals with safe, natural-looking results
• Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, Jeuveau) for cosmetic and functional indications
• Perform dermal filler treatments for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, tear troughs and facial balancing
• Deliver advanced injectables, including biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, and Kybella
• Perform laser and light-based treatments (resurfacing, IPL/photofacial, hair removal, pigment and vascular treatments)
• Provide energy-based treatments, including RF microneedling (such as Morpheus8, Vivace or similar) and skin tightening
• Perform PRP/PRF treatments for facial rejuvenation, under-eye and hair restoration
• Offer other med spa services as needed, such as microneedling, chemical peels and threads
• Recognize, prevent and manage complications, including vascular occlusion and hyaluronidase use, following practice protocols
• Collaborate with the surgical team on combined surgical and non-surgical plans, and identify appropriate surgical referrals
• Maintain accurate charting, consents, photography and product tracking in our EMR
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend medical-grade skincare
• Help grow the aesthetics program through patient retention, treatment packages, events and social media content
  

What you bring

Required

• Active NP (APRN) or PA (PA-C) license required, Florida licensed or eligible for Florida licensure
• Current BLS certification 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector, with proficiency in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• A portfolio of before-and-after photos of your own injectable work
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety and complication management
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, with a warm, professional chairside manner

Preferred

• Experience with advanced injectables such as Sculptra, Radiesse or other biostimulators
• Experience with laser and IPL platforms
• Experience with RF microneedling and other high-energy devices
• Experience performing PRP/PRF treatments
• Advanced injector training or certifications from manufacturers or recognized aesthetic academies
• An established patient following in the Sarasota/Bradenton area
• Experience in a plastic or cosmetic surgery practice
