About the Opportunity

A growing physician-owned aesthetics and wellness practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing both aesthetic and wellness services, with continued training and opportunities to expand your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections
• Perform microneedling and utilize laser/energy-based devices within scope and training
• Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 weight-management therapy, including labs and follow-up
• Prescribe and monitor bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), including labs and follow-up
• Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive aesthetic and wellness care
• Maintain required certifications, licensure, and continuing education

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia NP or PA license
• NP candidates must hold ANCC or AANP certification
• PA candidates must hold NCCPA certification and graduate from an ARC-PA-accredited program
• Current DEA registration
• Eligible for the appropriate collaborative or supervising physician agreement in Virginia
• Experience with aesthetics, injectables, GLP-1 weight management, or hormone therapy preferred
• Strong patient communication and clinical skills
