Aesthetic Injector-NP/PA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) to join a well-established medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an injector who is confident with advanced treatments, passionate about patient relationships, and interested in growing within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and full-face assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and medical history.
• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with a focus on safety and natural-looking results.
• Utilize advanced aesthetic technologies, including Morpheus8, IPL, and laser treatments.
• Conduct hormone and wellness consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and confidently recommend comprehensive treatment plans.
• Build long-term patient relationships and support patient retention.
• Collaborate with other providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Current APRN/NP license in good standing.
• Strong aesthetic injecting experience.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy and full-face assessment.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Experience with Morpheus8, IPL, laser, or other advanced aesthetic technologies preferred.
• Experience with hormone therapy, medical weight loss, wellness, or related services is a plus.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
• Strong relationship-building and treatment recommendation abilities.
• Professional, polished bedside manner.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and ownership mentality.
