Role Overview
As an Aesthetic Injector, you will perform aesthetic injectable treatments while conducting in-depth consultations and developing personalized treatment plans. You will play a key role in enhancing client confidence, promoting medspa services, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with precision and expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess needs and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on pre-and post treatment care to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Stay current with aesthetic industry trends, new techniques, and treatment protocols.
- Promote and cross-sell medspa services, skincare products, and membership programs.
- Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and compliance with medical regulations (HIPPA, OSHA)
Qualifications
- Active NP License in FL (State-specific licensing required).
- Experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, etc)
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and corrective treatments.
- Excellent consultation, guest service, and communication skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued education.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
