Aesthetic Injector/ Laser Tech

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN(preferred)/NP/PA) to join our growing, high-volume practice. We are looking for a driven clinician who brings energy and enthusiasm to an already established book of business and operates with high autonomy and self-motivation. In addition to delivering top-tier clinical care, you will take a leading role in designing practice programs, building marketing strategies, and expanding our aesthetic footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced facial injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with precision, emphasizing safe, high-quality, and natural-looking outcomes.
• Patient Care & Consultations: Conduct thorough patient consultations, customize treatment plans, and foster strong long-term client retention.
• Practice Growth & Business Building: Leverage an existing clientele while proactively generating new patient growth through referrals, clinical excellence, and personal marketing effort.
• Program Leadership & Marketing: Strong contributor to clinical programs, treatment offerings, and promotional marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Social Media & Brand Representation: Actively participating in social media content creation and aesthetic marketing campaigns.
• Laser & Energy-Based Treatments: Passion for multi prong approach to treatments including laser and energy-based aesthetic modalities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas license as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) considered.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of specialized experience in facial aesthetics , injectables, and lasers.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating clear before-and-after aesthetic outcomes.
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently while maintaining seamless teamwork within a PA-led practice.
• Comfortable leading and designing patient programs and practice marketing initiatives.
