We are a strong and growing aesthetics practice in Larkspur, CA that has grown 900% in the last few years. We care deeply about culture fit and are willing to train the right person.
We’re looking for a self-starter who is passionate about aesthetics, hungry to learn, and excited to grow into a leader in our company.
Who Should Apply
We welcome NPs, PAs, and RNs, both experienced injectors and new graduates. New graduates should show a clear track record of excellence, such as strong academics or success in a previous career. We may provide full in-house training.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide neurotoxin, dermal filler, and other aesthetic treatments with excellent results.
- Perform thorough consultations and build personalized, long-term treatment plans.
- Recommend combinations of treatments that give patients the best outcome.
- Rebook patients and build lasting relationships with them.
- Keep accurate documentation and patient follow-up.
- Contribute to practice growth and operations beyond your own schedule.
Qualifications
- Current NP, PA, or RN license in California, or eligible to obtain one.
- Aesthetic injecting experience preferred, not required.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Organized, accountable, and consistent with follow-up.
- Genuine interest and passion for Aesthetics
- Excited about intensive, ongoing training and continuing education.
