Job Description

1.About Our Practice

Our practice is a physician-led aesthetics and wellness practice. Every treatment is delivered under Medical Director oversight, with written protocols, informed consent, and documentation standards that protect the patient and the provider.

The experience is quiet luxury: calm, polished, discreet, and personal. Patients choose our practice for natural results they can trust and for a space that feels nothing like a rushed clinic. Standards are high, and every person on the team is expected to protect the brand in how they treat, speak, and document.

‍

2. The Role

The Aesthetic Injector is the face of our practice’s medical aesthetics program. You consult, plan, treat, and follow up, with natural, balanced results and safety first. You build a loyal book of patients who trust your judgment, and you say no when a treatment is not right for someone.

This role is for an injector who wants to build. Our practice is relaunching its injectables program at Marietta, and you will be the provider who grows it. Converting consults, rebooking, and bringing in patients of your own is up to you, and your earnings rise as your book grows.

Schedule: Part-time. Marietta clinic days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You set your availability within clinic hours, with the option to add days.

How our practice helps you build

  • A launch campaign announcing you: email and text to our patient list, social features, and a provider profile on our website and Google Business Profile.
  • Patient events that our practice hosts, promotes, and staffs, where you consult and book.
  • An existing patient base. Our weight loss and wellness patients at Marietta and Norcross are a built-in audience for injectables.
  • Lead handling. Our patient coordinator answers inquiries, books consults, and sends confirmations and reminders.
  • Paid leads from our website and advertising, routed to your schedule.
  • Room, product, and booking systems ready on day one.

The role is open to a Registered Nurse, a Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant. Scope grows with credential. An RN treats on individualized orders after a medical evaluation by a physician, NP, or PA. An NP or PA also performs the medical evaluation, sets the treatment plan, and may manage the clinic’s wellness services under a Georgia nurse protocol agreement or PA job description.

3. What You Will Do

INJECTABLE TREATMENTS

  • Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin): full-face and targeted treatments, including lip flip and other advanced indications you are trained on.
  • Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, including lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and under-eye where trained and approved. Filler dissolving with hyaluronidase.
  • Biostimulators such as Sculptra, and Kybella for submental fullness, within protocol.
  • PRF and PRP treatments: liquid PRF under-eye, PRF gel, PRF with microneedling, and PRF hair restoration.

CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENT PLANNING

  • Conduct aesthetic consultations: assess candidacy, review medical history and contraindications, and set realistic expectations.
  • Build multimodality treatment plans across injectables, skin, device, and wellness services.
  • NP or PA: perform the medical evaluation (Good Faith Exam) and establish the treatment plan and orders required before any medical aesthetic service.
  • Photograph and document every treatment, track outcomes, and complete two-week follow-ups on neurotoxin and filler patients.

WELLNESS SERVICES (NP OR PA, WITHIN PROTOCOL)

  • Medical weight management (GLP-1 therapies), hormone optimization (BHRT and TRT), peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and hair restoration, consistent with your nurse protocol agreement or PA job description and Medical Director protocols.

DEVICE-BASED TREATMENTS (WHERE LICENSED, TRAINED, AND APPROVED)

  • Microneedling and nonablative laser and IPL treatments (skin rejuvenation, pigment and tattoo removal), with the Georgia laser licensure each requires. NP or PA only: RF microneedling (Morpheus8), ablative resurfacing, and other energy-based device treatments, within your protocol agreement or approved PA duties. All device work follows device training and competency sign-off.

SAFETY AND QUALITY

  • Follow Medical Director protocols, manufacturer instructions for use, and clinic SOPs for every treatment.
  • Recognize and manage complications. Escalate vascular occlusion, allergic reaction, infection, or any unexpected outcome immediately under the emergency protocol.
  • Maintain injection safety, sharps handling, medication handling, inventory logging, and infection control standards.
  • Participate in case reviews and protocol updates with the Medical Director.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE, RETAIL, AND CONTENT

  • Deliver a calm, discreet, five-star experience. Offer the next appointment before the patient leaves.
  • Recommend and educate on professional skin care that supports results.
  • Support clinic marketing with educational content and consented before-and-after images. No outcome guarantees.

LEADERSHIP (NP OR PA)

  • Mentor RN injectors and clinical support staff. Support onboarding and competency sign-off as delegated by the Medical Director.

4. Required Qualifications

ALL CREDENTIALS

  • Active, unrestricted license in good standing that authorizes practice in Georgia: RN (Georgia Board of Nursing, or a multistate compact privilege valid in Georgia), APRN (Georgia Board of Nursing with national NP certification), or PA (Georgia Composite Medical Board).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with a consented before-and-after portfolio.
  • Documented training in facial anatomy, injection technique, and complication management, including hyaluronidase use and the vascular occlusion protocol.
  • Current BLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  • Clean license history. No disciplinary action, restriction, or investigation that would impair the role.
  • Eligible for malpractice coverage under the clinic's policy or your own.
  • Able to pass a background check and provide professional references.

5. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a physician-led medical aesthetics practice.
  • RN: Georgia Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner license. NP or PA: cosmetic laser training, or a Senior Laser Practitioner license.
  • Experience with PRF, biostimulators, and advanced filler techniques.
  • Training or experience in medical weight management, hormone therapy, or peptides (NP or PA).
  • An existing local patient following.
  • Comfortable on camera for educational content.

6. Who Does Well Here

  • A conservative, anatomy-first injector who would rather under-treat and adjust than over-treat.
  • A clear communicator who sets expectations and declines treatments that are not right for the patient.
  • Meticulous with documentation, inventory, and photos.
  • Calm under pressure, with complication protocols memorized.
  • A builder. You have grown a book before, or you bring patients with you.

7. Compliance and Conditions of Engagement

  • License verification on file before your first patient and at each renewal. Written notice to the clinic the same day if any license is restricted, suspended, or under investigation.
  • NP: a nurse protocol agreement with the clinic's delegating physician in place before you practice under delegation, and registered with the Georgia Composite Medical Board where required. PA: a Board-filed job description in place before you practice.
  • No service is performed without the required medical evaluation, informed consent, and treatment authorization under Medical Director protocol and Georgia law.
  • Annual training: HIPAA, OSHA, bloodborne pathogens, infection control, emergency and complication protocols, and documentation standards.
  • All neurotoxins, fillers, medications, and supplies remain clinic property and do not leave the premises.
  • Same-day incident reporting of adverse reactions, complaints, product issues, or safety events.
  • Use of our practice name and logo only with written approval.

8. Compensation and Engagement

  • Engagement type: independent contractor (1099).
  • Service compensation: 60% of net collected service revenue to you and 40% to the clinic, for services you personally perform, calculated after direct product and supply cost (neurotoxin units, filler syringes, PRF kits, cannulas, numbing, and other treatment-specific supplies). General overhead is never deducted from your share.
  • Retail commission: 10% of the collected retail price, excluding sales tax and net of refunds.
  • Tips: you keep 100% of tips, including tips collected through the clinic's point of sale.
  • Pay schedule: biweekly, in arrears on prior-period collections.
  • You are paid on services that are performed, documented, and collected. Prepaid packages pay out per session as each session is completed. No compensation on amounts a patient pays directly to an outside pharmacy.
  • No referral payments. Compensation is for services you personally perform, never for referrals or the volume or value of referrals.
  • The clinic provides treatment rooms, injectable products and medical supplies, software access, scheduling and payment processing, medical supervision and protocols, and operational support.
  • Training: onboarding, privacy and safety training, product and protocol training, and device training, with annual refreshers.

9. Your First 30 Days

  • Complete onboarding, privacy, safety, emergency protocol, and software training.
  • Credentials verified. NP or PA: protocol agreement or job description executed. RN: laser license on file if laser work is part of the role. NP or PA: laser and device services written into the protocol agreement or job description.
  • Shadow the Medical Director and be observed. Competency sign-off per service and per device before independent booking.
  • Learn the menu, pricing, product lines, consult flow, and rebooking standard.
  • Set your 60-day goals with the clinic owners.

10. How to Apply

Send a resume, license numbers, certifications, and a consented before-and-after portfolio to our practice through this posting.

Our practice is committed to equal opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by law.
