Aesthetic Injector

Develop and maintain a practice with injectables, microneedling, and skincare for cosmetic patients in an upscale solo plastic surgery practice 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Three to five years of experience as a RN/NP/or PA performing dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections 
2. Current NC state license.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Excellent skill set with proven results with injectables.
2. Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns and a good listener.
3. Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic skin care treatment.
4. Well-organized with attention to detail 
5. Desires personal and professional growth in a supportive environment
6. Works independently with minimal supervision
7. Excellent communication skills with co-workers.
8. Ability to work as a team member toward goals for the entire practice.
9. Treats patients and co-workers with respect and kindness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Primary Duties

• Runs an efficient injection practice as part of a larger plastic surgery enterprise
• Works with our website and social media companies to promote the injectable side of the practice
• Collaborates with the doctor in supporting his aesthetic surgery patients both pre-operatively and post-operatively
• Tracks referral sources, sends thank you letters to the source and to the patient.
• Responsible for the coordination of retention correspondence to patients

regarding their follow-up treatment plan.

• Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures,

medication history, and educational materials distributed.

2. Secondary Duties

• Promote cross referrals with the doctor in the practice
• Maintain inventory-tracking system for all injectable products. Orders and stocks inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with

OSHA standards.
