Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) to join our growing team in North Brunswick, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a blend of technical talent, education mindset, and team energy to their work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and artistry
- Administer advanced aesthetic procedures including energy-based device treatments (e.g., laser, RF microneedling, etc.)
- Consult with patients to create personalized treatment plans focused on both results and education
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional patient care and consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience, encourage rebooking, and support practice goals
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and evolving techniques
- Assist in educating other team members on treatment protocols and new services
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and business development efforts
- Represent the brand professionally, including contributing to social media and content creation when appropriate
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Excellent patient educator — for both team and clients
- Portfolio of before/afters preferred
- Social media friendly — you’re proud to show your work
- Humble, driven, and a team player
