An established medical aesthetics practice in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join its clinical team during an exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations, facial assessments, and individualized treatment planning based on each patient's goals.
• Aesthetic Treatments: Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulants with an emphasis on safety, precision, and natural-looking results.
• Expanded Services: Incorporate experience with laser and energy-based devices and/or medical weight management protocols, including GLP-1s, when applicable.
• Patient Experience: Build strong patient relationships through excellent bedside manner, personalized care, and proactive follow-up.
• Practice Growth: Participate in clinical social media content creation and internal marketing initiatives to support patient engagement and business development.
• Clinical Standards: Maintain accurate documentation, follow established safety protocols, and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active Arizona licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated aesthetic injecting experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, treatment outcomes, and high-quality aesthetic results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Passion for medical aesthetics and helping patients look and feel their best.
• Laser Safety Officer certification is a plus.
• Experience with laser treatments, energy-based devices, or medical weight management is highly desirable.
