Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Nurse Injector, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic injectables, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our practice through effective guest services and sales techniques.
Duties
- Administer cosmetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a high level of guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client concerns.
- Upsell additional services and products that align with client goals while promoting overall wellness.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including techniques in dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage.
- Manage social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase results.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and follow up with clients post-procedure.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures.
- Experience in cosmetology or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven sales skills with experience in upselling services or products.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with various aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage is desirable.
- Proficient in social media management for marketing purposes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.91 - $43.47 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, perform microneedling with and without PRP, and administer chemical peels ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Promote and sell our high-quality skin care products and services. Lead and participate in both on-site and off-site events to promote the med spa's services.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with the latest techniques and trends.
- Utilize social media platforms for marketing and business growth. Create and post educational content on social media platforms to engage and educate our audience.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient consultations, treatments, before and after photos and follow-up care in PatientNow EMR.
Qualifications
- RN with 3+ years of experience as injector in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery office.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing school.
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina state license and certification.
