We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our new med spa in Chicago to perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetics procedures. You are expected to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, experienced, passionate, and able to work together as a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services offered, including protocols, pricing and promotions. Services include, but are not limited to neuromodulator injections, facial filler injections, laser treatments, facials, peels, etc.

· Helps to develop and establish practice protocols and consent forms

· Client Consultations and Treatment: Performs and records aesthetic, non-surgical consultations as needed to evaluate a specific concern, including history and physical, risks and benefits, customization of treatment options and plan based on client’s desired outcome, and client education

· Addresses client questions and concerns professionally, courteously and in a timely manner

· Ensures high quality before and after photos are taken and consent forms are signed according to practice protocols

· Ensure appropriate documentation of client-related information is in the chart, including instructions

· Actively promotes the med spa treatments and services, retail products, programs, promotions, and discounts

· Adheres to cleaning, safety and equipment maintenance guidelines, including properly caring for equipment and using proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls

· Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends, including continuous education on advanced procedures and techniques to ensure optimal outcomes

· Create and maintain social media campaigns as well as other marketing and branding efforts

· Maintain product partnerships and vendor contracts

· Assist in all areas of the med spa operation as requested by ownership

· Communicate and provide weekly updates and performance data for the clinical director and manager

Requirements:

· Minimum of one year of aesthetics experience

· Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program

· Holds an active and unrestricted Illinois PA or NP license

· Maintains continuing education and certification requirements

· Has been certified and has experience with neuromodulators and fillers

· Has demonstrated sales experience

· Has motivation and drive to build own book of business
