Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector will provide advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory products, and regenerative therapies, at our East Side and West Side MedSpa locations in El Paso.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Doctor, an internationally recognized plastic surgeon, and to deliver exceptional non-surgical results in luxury settings. We seek an injector with proven experience, an artistic eye, and a passion for patient care who can help us continue setting the standard for aesthetics in the region.

Applicants may come from a variety of backgrounds such as aesthetic nurse injector, nurse aesthetic injector, or RN aesthetic injector, but all must demonstrate expertise and artistry in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments with precision and artistry, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction as a certified aesthetic injector
  
• Conduct consultations, assess patient goals, and create customized treatment plans
  
• Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare
  
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to compliance standards
  
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetics to offer cutting-edge solutions
  
• Represent The MedSpa and uphold the reputation of Southwest Plastic Surgery in all patient interactions
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as NP, PA, or RN (eligible to work as an RN aesthetic injector or certified aesthetic nurse injector)
  
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an aesthetic nurse injector or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Bilingual preferred
  
• Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to excellence in patient care
