Premier, luxury medical spa in Paradise Valley is seeking an experienced, highly professional Lead RN Injector to join our team for a scheduled opening in December. Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Deliver exceptional cosmetic injection services (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with precision.
• Conduct thorough consultations, develop long-term treatment plans, and ensure client satisfaction and safety without exception.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion, reflecting our luxury brand ethos.
• Provide flawless customer service that converts new clients into loyal, long-term members.

Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred):

• Active RN license in Arizona, required.
• Documented experience independently performing cosmetic injectables.
• Preferred Certifications:
• Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or equivalent laser experience.
• Halo Laser certification
• Advanced training/certification in complex filler techniques (e.g., cannula, mid-face volume).
  

Compensation and Incentives:

This role features a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a highly aggressive commission incentive structure explicitly designed to reward performance on high-ticket sales, memberships, and achieving a high Average Transaction Value (ATV).
