Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN) in Germantown, TN who is passionate about delivering natural, high-quality results. This is more than a quick “40 units and out the door” injector role. The right provider will take the time to create customized treatment plans, educate patients, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and artistry
- Develop comprehensive, full-face treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals
- Educate patients on services, products, and treatment options for optimal outcomes
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through consistent follow-up and trust
- Collaborate with estheticians and team members to deliver comprehensive care
- Stay current with training, safety standards, and aesthetic best practices
Qualifications
- Licensed NP, PA, or RN with 2+ years aesthetic injectable experience (toxins & fillers required)
- Experience with energy-based devices is a plus.
- Proven ability to create customized treatment plans (not one-size-fits-all)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow
- Passion for aesthetics and commitment to delivering exceptional results
