We are a premier plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Northwest Montana seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN with the right experience) with 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical aesthetic setting. This is an opportunity to join a busy, well-established team with a loyal client base, advanced technology, and highly experienced providers.

This role is ideal for an injector who is confident, ethical, and driven—someone ready to hit the ground running, take initiative in marketing avenues and patient education, and play a key role in growing the practice. We are willing to assist with relocation for the right provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Collaborate on full-face treatment planning and patient education
• Confidently offer and sell appropriate skincare and treatment plans
• Actively participate in marketing, social media, and company/self-promotion
• Help expand the practice’s aesthetic services and reputation
• Provide support in laser treatments such as BBL, HALO, and other energy-based devices

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of injecting experience in a medical aesthetic setting
• Licensed NP/PA/RN in Montana, or willing/able to get licensed.
• Proficient in neuromodulators, filler, and biostimulators
• Experience or training in Sciton technology (BBL, HALO, etc) a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a patient base
• Comfortable with social media and community engagement
• Committed to ethical, patient-centered care
