Aesthetic Injector | NP/PA

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) to join a boutique aesthetics practice in Atlanta. This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 2 days per week, with an ideal schedule of Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced injector who enjoys building relationships, retaining patients, and playing an active role in growing their business.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed NP or PA with 1+ years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
• Strong experience with toxins and dermal fillers.
• Proven ability to build and retain a loyal patient following.
• Comfortable promoting your services, building relationships, and contributing to practice growth.
• Warm, personable communication style and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Professional, polished presence with strong consultation and treatment-planning skills.
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative, welcoming environment.
• Someone who enjoys working with a close-knit, women-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and personalized injectable treatments.
• Perform comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Treat with a focus on natural-looking, balanced results.
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, aftercare, and appropriate treatment timelines.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional service, rebooking, follow-up, and retention.
• Work toward individual revenue, productivity, and retail goals.
• Recommend appropriate complementary treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consents, treatment notes, photographs, and follow-up documentation.
• Monitor patient outcomes and address patient questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong schedule utilization and maximize treatment opportunities.
• Participate in practice-growth initiatives, community outreach, promotional events, and social media as appropriate.
• Maintain current knowledge of aesthetic products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical and front-office team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
