Our organization is dedicated to providing physicians and their patients with a variety of medical aesthetic treatment options. We are seeking a motivated Aesthetic Account Manager to directly sell our products. This role involves reaching out to existing and prospective customers across various physician specialties, offering product information, clinical data, pricing, and promotional details. The Aesthetic Account Manager will develop new accounts and grow existing ones within their territory while meeting sales quotas. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Feel comfortable with presentations, creating practice promotions, and attending educational events.
- Ability to analyze sales data to ensure growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Complete expense and sales reports accurately and on time.
- Provide excellent customer follow-up and maintain relationships, and drive additional sales.
- Stay informed about clinical data related to our products and other industry products.
- Organize and manage territory for maximum performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the injectable aesthetics market is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience selling to plastic surgeons or dermatologists.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must reside within the territory
Benefits & Compansation
- The expected pay for this position is $110,000 salary + sales incentive compensation plan. Total Compensation is $300K+.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas and key performance metrics through strategic territory management.

- Accurately complete sales and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Foster strong customer relationships, provide follow-up, and drive continued sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related field preferred.
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reside within the territory.
- Experience selling to plastic surgeons or dermatologists is a plus.
