Role Snapshot

We are looking for a full-time and part-time provider to join our team. You’ll serve as a full-scope PA/NP providing both aesthetic injections and wellness consults/treatments. What You’ll Do

Aesthetics:

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections (e.g., forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, temples; full-face balancing).
• Conduct aesthetic assessments, photography, treatment planning, and follow-ups.
• Perform/assist with device procedures (e.g., Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Aerolase laser, microneedling with PRF, HydraFacial), including settings, indications, contraindications, aftercare. (this is only expected as needed if the Esthetician/Laser tech is out or there is no coverage for them)
• Document thoroughly (before/after photos, lot numbers, sites, units/syringes, informed consent, adverse event reporting).

Wellness & Longevity:

• Run comprehensive wellness consults (history, labs, body comp, goals); create and monitor individualized care plans.
• Weight-management: prescribe/manage FDA-approved GLP-1s with evidence-based titration, side-effect management, and lifestyle coaching.
• Hormone optimization (TRT/HRT): evaluate labs, counsel risks/benefits, manage therapy per clinic protocols, both TRT injections and pellets.
• IV therapy & injections: evaluate eligibility and oversee safe administration and aftercare.
• Peptide optimization.
• Utilize autologous biologics only (e.g., PRP/PRF); no exosomes or donor-derived stem-cell products.
• Educate on memberships and long-term programs; track outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Clinical Operations:

• Chart in EMR/CRM accurately and on time; write clear care plans and prescriptions; coordinate labs and follow-ups.
• Maintain strict compliance with Texas scope of practice, supervision/collaboration rules, and clinic SOPs (medication storage, lot tracking, emergency protocols).
  
  
• Contribute to monthly KPI reviews (conversion, retention, rebooking, membership adds, revenue per hour, complication rate).
• Collaborate with front desk, MAs, and estheticians to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience.

What You Bring

• Licensure: Texas PA in good standing or Texas APRN (NP) with prescriptive authority; DEA eligibility.
• Experience: 1–2+ years in aesthetic injecting (neurotoxin/filler) preferred; strong comfort with wellness consults (weight loss, TRT/HRT, IVs). Device experience (Morpheus8, lasers, microneedling) a plus.
• Patient-first communicator who can educate, set expectations, and obtain high consented satisfaction.
• Results-oriented and coachable; comfortable with metrics, photography, and treatment plans.
• Flexible to work between Sunnyvale and Sachse, TX; every other Saturday/events.
