Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Aesthetician to join our team and support patients across two locations in Bend, OR. In this role, you’ll help patients look and feel their best by delivering customized skincare treatments, recommending effective retail products, and providing an exceptional patient experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of cosmetic dermatology patients, offering both advanced medical-aesthetic procedures and traditional skincare services.
This position offers hourly pay plus commission on the services you personally perform, rewarding both your expertise and your results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of skin treatments including physician-supervised procedures (Photorejuvenation, CoolSculpting, PRP, Microneedling), laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other cosmetic services.
- Prepares patients for treatment, positions instruments and equipment, interviews patients, explains procedures and treatments to patient to ensure understanding.
- Patient Care & Documentation: Observe patients, record conditions and reactions, accurately chart services, and code treatments.
- Educate patients on skincare needs, procedures, and products; assist providers with treatments as needed.
- Recommend skincare/cosmetic products, oversee inventory, and track product sales.
- Maintain HIPAA standards, follow safety policies, deliver excellent patient service, and provide front desk support when needed.
Qualifications
- Advanced Aesthetician license in Oregon
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Aesthetics program
- Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment
- Ability to follow or provide verbal and written instructions
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Experience working in a medical setting; dermatology or plastic surgery preferred
