Key Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Administer injectable treatments (including neurotoxin and dermal fillers) with expert precision and artistry.
• Educate patients on product selection, safety, aftercare, and long-term treatment planning.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice protocols.
• Stay current on the latest industry innovations, trends, and techniques through continuing education.
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a five-star patient experience from consultation to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Active PA, NP, or RN license in Washington State (or eligible for licensure).
• 2+ years of hands-on injectable experience in a med spa or dermatology setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices.
• Refined aesthetic intuition with a natural, minimalistic approach to beauty.
• Outgoing, driven, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Fully committed to patient safety, artistry, and natural results.
