Our world-renowned plastic surgery practice is seeking a poised, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in delivering a seamless, luxury patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven background in scheduling, patient coordination, and high-end medical office administration—preferably within plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize appointment schedules for both patients and providers, ensuring efficiency and precision.
  • Coordinate personal and professional scheduling needs for the physician.
  • Confirm and adjust appointments with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collect and verify patient information to ensure smooth visits.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with the highest level of customer service.
  • Periodically rooming and consenting patients
  • Oversee patient requests for reviews
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the surgical team to ensure an exceptional patient journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office; experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in patient and provider scheduling, including managing high-volume calendars.
  • Impeccable communication skills—both verbal and written—with a warm, polished demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive patient and practice information.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in EMR and scheduling software.
