Lead Aesthetic RN / PRN Injector — 4Ever Young Scottsdale
📍 Scottsdale, AZ
4Ever Young Scottsdale is expanding our aesthetic division and seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN Injector ready to take on a leadership role in one of the city’s most dynamic anti-aging clinics.
Our clinic blends aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptides, IV therapy, and medical weight loss; creating a comprehensive approach where beauty meets longevity. With over 75% of our current revenue in wellness, we’re now focused on elevating our aesthetic division and looking for a confident injector to help lead that growth.
This is more than an injector position; it’s an opportunity to become the face of a fast-growing brand and help shape the future of anti-aging in Scottsdale.
The Role
- Perform advanced injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, PRF, exosomes)
- Administer IV therapy and collaborate on patient wellness programs
- Design full-face rejuvenation plans for high-end clientele
- Educate wellness patients already in clinic on aesthetic options
- Access advanced technology including Morpheus8 and InMode platforms
- Option to expand into longevity-based treatments (HRT, peptides, NAD+, weight loss)

- Licensed RN with advanced injectable experience and strong artistry
- Skilled in IV therapy and blood draws
- Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented, with a track record of converting consultations into treatments
- Professional, driven, and aligned with a results-based, wellness-integrated model
- Passionate about natural outcomes and building long-term patient relationships
💉 Compensation: Competitive DOE with potential profit share / equity opportunities (estimated range for full-time equivalent: $100K–$125K+)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, PRF, exosomes)
- Administer IV therapy and collaborate on patient wellness programs
- Design customized full-face rejuvenation plans for a high-end clientele
- Confidently recommend and convert treatment plans (sales-driven environment)
- Educate existing wellness patients on aesthetic options and outcomes
- Contribute to growing and shaping the aesthetic division of 4Ever Young Scottsdale
Qualifications
- Licensed RN with advanced injectable experience
- Skilled in IV therapy and blood draws
- Proven track record of patient retention and revenue growth
- Sales-oriented mindset — confident discussing treatment plans and closing high-value procedures
- Strong aesthetic eye for natural, balanced results
- Professional, reliable, and interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunities
