Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine

We are currently seeking a motivated, growth-minded Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is excited about breaking into the wellness and aesthetic medicine space. Whether you already have experience in aesthetics/wellness or are coming from a strong clinical background and eager to learn, we are open to training the right person.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Medical Director, nursing team, and operations staff to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience. You’ll gradually build skills across wellness medicine and aesthetics while becoming a key clinical presence within the practice.
Clinical & Wellness Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and review medical histories
- Develop personalized wellness and treatment plans
- Order, review, and interpret labs including:
- CBC
- CMP
- Lipids
- A1C
- Thyroid panels
- Hormone levels
- Vitamin levels
- Prescribe and manage therapies per protocol, including:
- Medical weight loss therapies (GLP-1/GIP)
- Hormone optimization
- IV therapy and micronutrient support
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, risks/benefits, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness goals
- Perform wellness procedures and IV therapies
- Participate in hormone pellet training/certification (if applicable)
Aesthetic Responsibilities
- Learn and perform aesthetic procedures through hands-on training and mentorship
- Conduct neurotoxin and filler treatments if experienced or after training
- Assist with microneedling, facials, and other aesthetic services as needed
- Help maintain a luxury-level client experience and strong patient relationships
