Wellness Director-NP/PA/MD

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician to lead and grow our Wellness & Longevity Program in Dallas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about medical weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, TRT/BHRT, preventative health, and longevity-focused care. The ideal candidate is both clinically strong and business-minded, with the ability to build lasting patient relationships, grow a patient panel, and help shape the future of the wellness division.

The Opportunity

You will join a sophisticated, physician-led practice with an established referral network across plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetics. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will have a key role in:

• Leading and expanding the Wellness & Longevity Program
• Providing medical weight management and hormone optimization services
• Developing individualized wellness and longevity treatment plans
• Building and growing your own patient panel
• Developing strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention
• Collaborating with physicians and other providers across the practice
• Helping develop new services, programs, and initiatives within the wellness division
• Contributing to the long-term growth and success of the program

Ideal Candidate

• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician with an active, unrestricted license
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience with medical weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, or preventative/longevity medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a program
• Ability to develop strong, long-term patient relationships
• Existing Dallas-area patient following is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Comfortable working in a premium, results-oriented environment
