Wellness Director (NP/PA/MD)

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant of Medical

Doctor to help build and lead our Wellness & Longevity Program. This role is designed for a provider

passionate about medical weight management (GLP-1 therapies), hormone optimization (TRT/BHRT), and

preventative health, with the drive to grow a patient panel and deliver a premium, results-oriented

experience.

You will operate within a sophisticated, physician-led environment with immediate access to a built-in

referral network across surgery, dermatology, and aesthetics. In addition to clinical care, you will play a key

role in program development, patient acquisition, and long-term growth of the wellness service line.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and either an existing Dallas

patient following or a demonstrated ability to build one.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary with a strong production-based incentive structure and

upside tied to program growth. This is not a traditional role-it is an opportunity to help build a flagship

wellness division within a high-performing, growth-oriented practice.
