Wellness and Aesthetic Provider

Position Overview

A growing, high-end medical spa in the south Dallas area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic and Wellness Provider to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled provider who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, patient care, and delivering natural, high-quality results in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Ideally knowledgeable on hormones, but willing to train
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver safe, effective, and results-driven treatments with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support clinic growth and patient retention

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Strong proficiency and confidence with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for aesthetics and staying current with industry trends and techniques

Schedule

• Full time
• Willingness to work approximately one Saturday per month preferred
