Compensation Notes: Starting at $25/hr and can go up based on experience and fit.
Full-Time | In-Office
We are hiring a Front Desk Patient Coordinator for a high-end plastic surgery center in Newport Beach.
This is a full-time, in-office healthcare role focused on patient communication, patient education, consultation coordination, scheduling, and accurate documentation across CRM and EMR systems.
This is not a basic receptionist position. The right candidate must be confident on the phone, organized with follow-up, comfortable speaking with patients considering elective surgery, and able to manage patient details accurately across multiple systems.

- Patients are contacted and guided professionally.
- Consultations are scheduled and prepared correctly.
- Patient education is clear, appropriate, and consistent.
- Records and follow-up notes are accurate.
- Patient questions and pending items do not fall through the cracks.
- The front desk supports a smooth, high-standard patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for prospective and current patients.
- Educate patients using approved information about the practice, procedures, consultation process, appointment options, and next steps.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual consultations, including forms, photos, payments, scheduling details, and Zoom information when needed.
- Manage patient communication by phone, email, text, and online inquiry with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records, communication notes, appointment details, and follow- up information in CRM, EMR, scheduling, and internal tracking systems.
- Communicate patient concerns, scheduling issues, and incomplete items to the appropriate team member.
Qualifications
- Experience in plastic surgery and/or patient coordination is a MUST.
- Strong phone presence and polished written communication.
- Comfortable discussing elective plastic surgery using approved information without giving clinical advice.
- Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple patient conversations at once.
- Comfortable using EMR, CRM, scheduling software, spreadsheets, email, text, and Zoom.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to follow through without constant reminders.
