Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving medical sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, implementing strategies to meet regional sales goals, and identifying new business opportunities, specifically in the Med-Spa and Professional Physician space.

The South Atlantic Territory includes: MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN

Requirements

  • Professional Medical Skincare or Aesthetic sales experience, minimum 3 years.
  • Proven sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and revenue growth.
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Strategic planning and market analysis, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and adapt to industry trends.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain strong client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in the medical professional skin care industry is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in successfully launching products and growing established business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, along with organizational and negotiation abilities for engaging a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the region as required.
