Practice Manager – Medical Aesthetics & Wellness
Overview
A growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and support continued clinic growth.
This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations
- Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical support staff
- Drive a high standard of patient experience and service excellence
- Manage scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and clinic productivity
- Support revenue growth initiatives and provider utilization
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with leadership to implement systems, processes, and performance improvements
- Handle patient concerns and escalation/resolution management when needed
- Track KPIs and support reporting related to clinic performance
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a clinical or service-based environment
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and team culture
