Job Description
Oversee the daily operations, staff performance, patient experience, and administrative functions of a medical spa. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, exceptional customer service, and achievement of revenue and growth goals while supporting providers and maintaining a luxury patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily med spa operations and clinic workflow
- Ensure smooth scheduling, patient flow, and provider utilization
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Support injectors, aestheticians, nurses, and providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations, and med spa policies
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience in a med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with scheduling, EMR, and med spa software systems
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and luxury client service
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
