We are a high-demand aesthetic and wellness practice seeking a Patient Coordinator / Licensed Esthetician (Laser Technician) to join our team. This is a patient-focused, dual-role position in a fast-paced aesthetic environment with strong marketing support and consistent patient flow.
What You'll Do
Patient Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Greet and guide patients through their visits
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and patient flow
- Support consultations and treatment education
- Promote services, packages, and memberships
- Ensure a high-end patient experience
Aesthetic Services (Licensed Role)
- Perform laser treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation)
- Provide facials and skincare services
- Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare and post-care
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Esthetician or Laser Technician license required for treatment duties
- 2+ years of experience preferred in aesthetics or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Comfortable working in both front desk and clinical responsibilities
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus
- Organized, professional, and team-oriented
