Patient Coordinator (Client Experience + Retail)
West Des Moines (Primary) & Grimes, IA
Part-Time / Full-Time | 25–40 Hours/Week

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator who is client-focused, organized, and sales-minded. This is not just a front desk role—you will help guide clients through their wellness journey while supporting provider recommendations and delivering a high-end, personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in clients, manage scheduling, and ensure a seamless visit
- Provide initial guidance and education on services, memberships, and retail products
- Support the consultation process by understanding client goals and aligning them with appropriate services
- Reinforce provider recommendations and assist clients in selecting services and products
- Follow up with leads and clients to drive retention and rebooking
- Process payments, manage memberships, and track performance metrics
- Support promotions, events, and light social media efforts
- Support nursing staff as needed and follow all medical and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in medspa, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence recommending services and products within scope
- Organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
- Availability for at least 2 Saturdays per month
- Ability to work in West Des Moines primarily, with support in Grimes as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- 25–40 hours/week (3 weekdays + rotating Saturdays)
- Hourly (DOE) + tips, commissions, and bonuses
