Luxury Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator
Our boutique aesthetic plastic surgery practice is seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering a first-class patient experience from the initial inquiry through surgery and recovery. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that cosmetic surgery is both a medical and emotional journey. You should be warm, confident, organized and skilled at building trust while providing an exceptional level of service.You will be the primary guide for our cosmetic surgery patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable and confident throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cosmetic surgery patients
- Guide prospective patients from consultation through scheduling surgery
- Educate patients about procedures, financing options and the surgical process
- Coordinate consultations, surgery scheduling and follow up appointments
- Follow up with consultation patients in a profession, relationship-focused manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and communication
Qualifications
- Experience in an Aesthetic Plastic Surgical Practice
- Proven success in patient coordination, sales, hospitality or client relationship management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Conmfortable discussing treatment plans and financing
- Positive Attitude, initiative, and ability to thrive in a boutique team environment
