Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator
Santa Monica, CA
About Us
We are a boutique aesthetic medicine practice in Santa Monica dedicated to thoughtful, evidence-based care and an exceptional patient experience. We believe every interaction—from the first phone call to the final follow-up—should reflect professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
We’re building a team that values hospitality as much as clinical excellence. We embrace technology, continuous learning, and thoughtful systems that allow us to provide an elevated patient experience. Our culture is collaborative, accountable, and rooted in doing the small things exceptionally well.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in caring for people, communicates with intention, and appreciates the importance of consistency. The right person is naturally organized, technologically curious, and embraces new technology and AI tools to work more thoughtfully and efficiently. They understand that the smallest details often make the greatest difference.
This is an opportunity to join a growing practice where hospitality, clinical excellence, and continuous learning are part of our culture. We value people who take ownership, anticipate needs, embrace technology, and believe that exceptional patient care extends well beyond the treatment room.
If this sounds like the way you naturally work, we'd love to hear from you.
