A high-end Beverly Hills oculofacial plastic surgery practice is hiring a full-time Patient Care & Surgical Coordinator.
This is a front-office leadership and patient-conversion role for someone who is polished, organized, warm, and comfortable guiding patients through a premium plastic surgery experience.
This is not a basic receptionist position. The right person will help manage the full patient journey from first phone call to consultation, quote, deposit, surgery scheduling, and follow-up.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Speaking with prospective surgery patients
- Explaining consultation fees, scheduling consults, and collecting photos
- Sending quotes and following up with patients after consultations
- Helping patients choose surgery dates and submit deposits
- Coordinating pre-op instructions, consents, medical clearance, medications, and post-op visits
- Maintaining an organized schedule and patient pipeline
- Providing a warm, luxury-level patient experience
- Supporting before-and-after photo workflow, reviews, and media consent process
- Working closely with the surgeon and clinical support staff
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, LASIK/Premium IOL practice, medspa, cosmetic dentistry, concierge medicine, or another high-touch patient-facing environment
- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, quotes, deposits, and scheduling
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow up consistently without being pushy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable working in a small, growing practice
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership
Strongly preferred:
- Plastic surgery, LASIK/Premium IOL practice, high-end Dermatology, and/or relevant experience
- Experience with high-ticket elective procedures or services
- Experience using EMR, CRM, scheduling, phone, or payment systems
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Schedule: Full-time, in-office position in Beverly Hills, Monday–Friday schedule
Compensation: $30–$40/hour depending on experience. Performance bonus eligibility available after training period

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming patient calls, texts, emails, and inquiries with a polished and professional tone.
- Schedule consultations, collect patient photos, explain consultation fees, and maintain organized follow-up with prospective patients.
- Guide patients through the cosmetic surgery process, including quotes, deposits, surgery dates, pre-op instructions, and post-op appointments.
- Maintain the patient pipeline by following up consistently after inquiries and consultations to help patients move forward.
- Coordinate administrative details including EMR updates, scheduling, forms, consents, payments, and patient communication.
- Provide a high-end Beverly Hills patient experience while working closely with the surgeon and clinical support staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, LASIK/Premium IOL, medspa, cosmetic dentistry, concierge medicine, or another high-touch patient-facing setting preferred.
- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills with a warm, polished, professional tone.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, consultation fees, quotes, deposits, and scheduling with patients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-up, scheduling, forms, payments, and patient details.
- EMR, scheduling software, payment system, or CRM experience preferred; training will be provided.
- Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, high-end Beverly Hills medical practice.
