Part-time Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Specialist - 1 day/week

We are seeking a licensed and experienced RN, NP, or PA with a strong background in medical aesthetics and wellness to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, eager to work autonomously while collaborating with a physician, and excited to contribute to a growing brand focused on science-backed results, excellence, and innovation. The Aesthetic Injector will perform detailed cosmetic consultations and skillfully administer various medspa treatments such as; injectables, lasers & microneedling while maintaining an excellent standard of sanitation, service, and clinical documentation. This is for a 1099 position 1 day/week with potential to expand into full time as we grow our client base.

What you will do:

Aesthetic & Injectable Services

• Perform injectable treatments including but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRP/PRF
• Execute advanced skin procedures: microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, lasers
• Conduct thorough consultations with attention to safety, education, and results
• Capture and document before-and-after photography and patient progress for every patient at every visit

Client Experience & Communication

• Deliver a 5-star client experience rooted in service, empathy, trust, and outstanding outcomes
• Upsell and cross-sell treatment plans, skincare, and memberships to support client goals
• Backup front desk as needed – we all roll up our sleeves here!
• Assist in closing sales by educating clients
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation and compliance with HIPAA
• Track inventory and notify owner when supply reorder is needed

Professionalism & Team Culture

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled start time
• Represent the brand with polish, warmth, and a commitment to clinical excellence
• Stay current on industry trends, attend trainings, and adopt evolving techniques
• Collaborate with front desk and medical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and compliant treatment room
• Attend team meetings

Administrative

• Record patient preferences
• Review patient records at least 1 day prior to service
• Prepare appropriate paperwork for patients prior to their arrival for visit
• Tailor ‘comfort features’ at each visit based on patient preferences
• Update patient records DAILY, no exceptions
