Job Description
Oversee day to day operation of concierge level service Plastic Surgery practice in two upscale locations in Chicago.
Working with the Practice Manager to streamline operations for maximum efficiency and financial benefit. Update and follow protocols of practice for clarity of responsibilities. Develop methods of improvement to keep practice running efficiently utilizing modern technology available. Foster a team spirit as changes are implemented to incorporate new ideas and practice improvements. Bookkeeping skills and software competency required. Nextech and CRM experience necessary. 3 - 5 years of management experience necessary. Full time exempt position. Work in both locations.
