Operations Manager – Medical Aesthetics Practice

A growing, high-performing luxury medical aesthetics practice in the Macon area is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support continued business growth.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in medical aesthetics operations, team leadership, financial oversight, and practice performance management. Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee practice operations, staff coordination, client experience initiatives, compliance processes, inventory management, and financial performance tracking. This individual will serve as the operational leader on-site while partnering closely with ownership to drive strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations, facility readiness, and workflow efficiency
- Support staff management, scheduling coordination, and coverage planning
- Maintain and optimize operational procedures and standard workflows
- Manage inventory, ordering processes, vendor relationships, and supply controls
- Monitor financial performance metrics including budgets, expenses, and profitability trends
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping review processes
- Build and maintain KPI reporting related to revenue, retention, productivity, and operational performance
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, safety, and operational regulations
- Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and business planning
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of leadership experience within medical aesthetics, med spa operations, or aesthetic practice management
- Experience leading teams in patient-facing environments
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgets, and operational performance metrics
- Experience with scheduling systems, practice software, and operational workflows
- Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to medical aesthetics
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
Preferred
- Previous experience managing a medical spa or aesthetics practice
- Familiarity with practice management, EHR, payroll, and POS systems
- Knowledge of injectable and energy-based treatment service lines
- Background in healthcare administration, business operations, or related fields
