Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Injector

We are a growing wellness + medical/aesthetics spa located in the Medical Center of San Antonio, TX. We are seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. We are looking for an outgoing individual with a proven drive for success, a desire to learn and grow, and a dedication to providing the utmost care to their patients. The ability to work independently to develop and provide a treatment plan as well as being a team player is a requirement. The ideal candidate should have experience in HRT, Weight Loss, Women’s Intimate Care procedures, and Aesthetics. 

Duties: 

• Manage and address hormone imbalance symptoms with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) 
• Manage a medically directed Weight Loss Program 
• Injections (B12), (toxins, fillers, etc.) 
• BHRT Pellet dosing and insertion 
• Patient Charting 
• All physician-related duties 
• Medical compliance 
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, bioidentical hormone replacement pellets 
• Establishing a cosmetic injectable and wellness plan that meets patients’ goals all while providing 5-star customer service 
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold ethical standards 
• Comply with professional, clinic, and legal standards and ensure up-to-date licensing 
• Be a brand ambassador! 
• Engage in social media, business development, and networking events 
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field 

Qualifications: 

• Passion & interest in Medically directed Weight Loss  
• Passion for Aesthetics – Injections, Lasers, Skincare 
• Reliability & dependability 
• Interest in Women’s intimate care treatments 
• Ability to be educated, knowledgeable, and confident in selling and discussing various products and techniques 
• Empathy, great bedside manner 
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record systems 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively 
• Current, active license and in good standing with medical board

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) 

License/Certification: 

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred) 
• PA-C (Preferred) 
• Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
