Position Overview: As an Aesthetic Medical Practitioner with us, you will play a crucial role in providing patients with personalized aesthetic services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard Operating Procedures. Perform medical spa procedures following our protocols to patients with the goal of providing a safe and effective treatment. 
  • Patient Service. Carry out a patient medical spa service cycle (i.e., thorough consultation, impeccable service, and follow up treatment plans) that aligns with our spa service cycle. Maintain the treatment plan through regular reviews and communication with the Medical Spa Director. 
  • Sanitation + Sterilization. Uphold the standards as directed by law and our policies and procedures.
  • Train + Coach. Participate and, at times, lead our comprehensive training program on each medical spa procedure and be available as a resource and trainer for Estheticians and support staff with the goal of providing consistent and exceptional medical spa services that match our brand standards. 
  • Location Partnership. Work in close partnership with General Management across your location to ensure strong alignment between spa and medSPA. This includes collaborating on initiatives that drive awareness, patient conversions, and business growth while maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  • Record Management. Adhere to a process to retain and store all patient medical records in compliance with state regulations. Practice detailed work habits including charting, documentation, and recommendations. 
  • Administrative. Attend and, at times, lead Esthetic department meetings. Ensure that the spa is up-to-date with new developments in the medical spa field, regulations, and compliance requirements. 
  • Equipment/Inventory Management. Conduct monthly inventory of all medical spa-related materials and utilize our process for ordering, receiving and logging. 
  • Sales. Experience in an education-based, non-aggressive sales approach to inform patients of the product, service, and series options with the intention and ability to build retention and repeat business. 
  • Business Performance. Take ownership of achieving company-set KPIs and goals by driving strategies that improve patient satisfaction, strengthen retention, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Marketing + Social Media. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for patient education and promotional campaigns across all channels. Additionally, take ownership of creating and posting content on your own professional social media to build awareness and drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic medical spa procedures.
  • Must have direct, hands-on experience in medical spa procedures such as injections with the certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures.
