We are looking for a skilled, licensed injector who brings both clinical precision and a genuine connection with clients to every appointment. The right candidate understands that injectable treatments are both a clinical responsibility and an art form, and approaches every client relationship with that dual standard in mind.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and combination therapies under physician oversight
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, facial anatomy, medical history, and contraindications
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide detailed post-care education at every visit
- Maintain complete, HIPAA-compliant treatment documentation and informed consent for every client
- Use the Prescription Form to document home care recommendations and communicate return timelines to the front desk at checkout
- Collaborate with the clinical and front desk team to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Texas, in good standing with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience in a medspa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting
- Proficiency in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, biostimulators, and threads is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, and aseptic protocol
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical spa compliance requirements
- Strong charting, time management, and communication skills
