We are seeking a motivated, skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in Lewes, Delaware.
This role is ideal for a provider who is clinically strong, driven, and committed to mastering aesthetic medicine in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Who You Are
- Licensed NP or PA (Delaware license or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical foundation with a passion for aesthetics
- Injection experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn quickly and continuously improve
- Confident communicator with strong consultation skills
- Detail-oriented with a natural eye for aesthetic balance
- Professional, polished, and aligned with a high-end patient experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services with a focus on safety and natural, results-driven outcomes
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and effectively educate patients on recommendations
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to support retention, trust, and long-term treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, consent, and compliance with all clinical protocols and regulations
- Actively contribute to practice growth through patient experience, treatment outcomes, and consistent follow-through
- Social media savvy and can Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA (DE license or eligible)
- Strong clinical foundation and patient safety focus
- Aesthetic experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- High attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
- Motivated, coachable, and growth-driven
