Job Description
This role was created to strengthen leadership capacity within a high-performing, established medical spa that has served patients for nearly 15 years.
As the practice has grown, there is a need for a dedicated people leader to support team performance, consistency, and accountability across a large, tenured staff.
As Medical Spa Manager, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and act as the primary leader of day-to-day team management and culture within the practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
- Driving accountability, performance standards, and team consistency
- Supporting a high-quality patient experience through strong team leadership
- Managing interpersonal dynamics and fostering a cohesive team environment
- Ensuring alignment across staff, providers, and leadership priorities
- Identifying and implementing improvements that enhance team effectiveness and culture
This position reports directly to ownership and plays a central role in shaping team culture, leadership structure, and long-term team success.

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: Approximately 7:30/8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: Approximately 7:30/8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Flexibility available based on business needs and leadership responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, healthcare Enviroment
- Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse personalities
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in decision-making
- Experience working in or familiarity with small business environments where leaders are hands-on and cross-functional
