Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
- Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone; answer or refer inquiries
- Working within our EMR to schedule patient appointments, collect fees, etc
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area
- Maintain office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels and anticipating supply needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics or functional medicine preferred
- Multi-tasking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong telephone skills and customer service orientation
- Effective time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Professionalism and quality focus
- Reliable commute or plans to relocate before start date (required)
