Patient Coordinator
Franklin, TN | Full-Time (32 hrs)| Monday–Thursday | No Weekends
Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Coordinate provider schedules while optimizing patient flow
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records within the EMR
- Collect patient payments and update personal and financial information
- Help keep providers on schedule by communicating patient arrivals and appointment updates
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Create a welcoming, organized reception area that reflects a high standard of patient care
- Assist with office inventory and administrative support as needed
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Schedule
- Full-Time (32 hours/week)
- Monday–Thursday
- 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Day shift
- No weekends

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of medical receptionist experience preferred
- At least 1 year of medical office experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or functional medicine is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Franklin, TN

Key Responsibilities
- Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
- Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone; answer or refer inquiries
- Working within our EMR to schedule patient appointments, collect fees, etc
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area
- Maintain office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels and anticipating supply needs
