Our Company is seeking an ambitious, creative, and energetic Marketing Account Manager to provide client-facing marketing services as an Independent Contractor.
This is a client-facing independent contractor opportunity. Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada.

Scope of Services
The Contractor engaged in this role may provide services including, but not limited to:
• Serving as the primary marketing contact for assigned medical spa and wellness clinic clients
• Preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns, marketing materials, and other deliverables as outlined in client agreements
• Managing client communications to present ideas, materials, discuss goals, and recommend strategic marketing solutions
• Creating marketing campaigns including social media content, email marketing, graphic design, press releases, landing pages, funnels, and event marketing
• Advising clients on best practices for following up with leads generated through Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Utilizing platforms such as GoHighLevel for automations, landing pages, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and lead tracking
• Reviewing marketing performance data and recommending adjustments to improve results
• Managing multiple client projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of agreed-upon services
The Contractor shall determine the method, manner, and means of performing services, consistent with client deliverables and deadlines.
Performance Expectations
Contractors engaged in this role are expected to:
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients
• Deliver high-quality work consistent with Medical Marketing Whiz standards
• Manage an assigned client portfolio (typically 18–20 clients)
• Meet mutually agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
Company does not set daily work hours or supervise how services are performed. Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules and workflow.
Qualifications
• Digital Marketing Experience is a MUST (this is not an entry level role)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with doctors and business owners
• Graphic design capabilities in Canva
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• MedSpa or small business marketing experience preferred
Compensation
This is an independent contractor engagement paid on a monthly retainer basis.
The retainer for this engagement is $5,000 per month for managing approximately 18–20 client accounts, subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement. Our company is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm. Fridays we are off.
Contractor is responsible for all taxes and business expenses.
Contractors are not employees and are not eligible for company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating marketing campaigns including social media content, email marketing, graphic design, press releases, landing pages, funnels, and event marketing
- Meet with client virtually to go over marketing results and explain the why behind each marketing tactic
- Create email newsletter, Event Theme ideas, and give the clients new ideas to keep them engaged
- Advising clients on best practices for following up with leads generated through Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Researching and keeping up on Marketing trends and best practices
- Overall person responsible for ensuring client deliverables are met, exceeding client satisfaction and Working with our internal team
Qualifications
- Prior Digital Marketing Experience is Required (this is not an entry level position)

- GoHighLevel experience

- SEO
