Our Medical Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Laser & Aesthetic Technician to join our growing team of professionals who are passionate about helping women age gracefully with confidence, education, and natural-looking results. This is a part-time role (minimum 3 days/week) ideal for someone with proven experience in laser and advanced aesthetic treatments who thrives in a friendly, noncorporate, patient-first environment. We are a locally owned and operated medical spa led by a board-certified OBGYN who is on-site. We guide clients on their aesthetics and aging-well journey with expertise, personalized care, and education, always favoring natural-looking, subtle enhancements. We believe your provider should feel like a trusted friend, not a sales pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Perform advanced skin care treatments: facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, acne
- 2. Perform medical lasers/aesthetic devices: IPL, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, HALO, Morpheus 8
- 3. Conduct through client consultations: skin analysis and treatment planning based on medical history, goals, and budget.
- 4. Collaborate with medical providers to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
- 5. Knowledge of commonly used skincare product treatments and recommend medical-grade skincare products ethically and effectively.
- 6. Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on safety, comfort, and results
Qualifications
- 1. Texas Cosmetology or Esthetic License or similar for 2+ years or more
- 2. Laser training and/or Laser Safety Officer Certifications for 2+ years or more required.
- 3. Previous experience as medical esthetician 2+ years or more
- 4. Deep knowledge of skincare products and protocols.
- 5. Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- 6. Strong consultation and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
