AURAE MD is a physician-led aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice specializing in advanced, science-driven treatments delivered within a highly elevated patient experience.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Medical Assistant to work directly alongside Dr. Emami in a fast-paced, concierge-style clinical environment. This role is ideal for a highly intelligent, polished, and dependable candidate pursuing a long-term career in medicine, aesthetics, or healthcare leadership.
This is not a traditional medspa position. We are looking for someone who operates with professionalism, emotional intelligence, precision, and a strong sense of accountability.
The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist physician with injectables, laser procedures, regenerative treatments, and patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain clinical flow, and uphold impeccable standards of organization and cleanliness
- Support patient consultations, education, treatment preparation, and post-care instructions
- Assist with advanced aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacial and customized facial services
- Anticipate provider and patient needs within a high-touch, concierge environment
- Support inventory management, operational flow, and overall patient experience
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant required
- Esthetician license preferred but not required
- Prior medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or concierge medical experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ideal for candidates pursuing PA, or other advanced medical pathways
- Exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and patient presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical setting

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dr. Emami during aesthetic, laser, and regenerative procedures while maintaining exceptional clinical standards
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, supplies, and patients for procedures with precision and efficiency
- Deliver a seamless, concierge-level patient experience from check-in through post-care follow-up
- Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, pre/post-care instructions, and product recommendations
- Support overall clinic flow by anticipating provider needs and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Perform Medical Grade Facials as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant required; esthetician license preferred
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or concierge medicine Required
- Strong understanding of patient care, sterile technique, and clinical professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills with polished, patient-centered bedside manner
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accountability and discretion
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
