Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support both in-office procedures and operating room cases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and is eager to expand their clinical skill set.
Compensation
- $22-$26/hour depending upon experience
Schedule:
- Full-time, approximately 34–36 hours per week
- Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Weekly Breakdown:
- Monday (Clinic Day): ~8:00/9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
- Tuesday or Wednesday (Surgical Day – OR): ~7:30 AM – 5:00/6:00/7:00 PM (depending on surgical schedule)
- Alternate Surgical Day (Short Day): ~9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (if not assigned to the OR)
- Thursday (Clinic Day): ~11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday (Clinic Day): ~8:30 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Assist the surgeon and PA during patient consultations and treatments
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and surgical suites
- Support procedures in-office and in the operating room
- Ensure a seamless, high-end patient experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation
- Sterilize instruments and follow strict safety protocols

- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience
