Medical Aesthetician (Part-Time)

Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time Medical Aesthetician to join our supportive, hard-working, and genuinely kind team. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about skincare, values natural results, and loves building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

Schedule

• Part-time (including at least every other Saturday and one evening a week)
• A few days per week
• Consistent schedule required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing advanced aesthetic services, including, but not limited to:
• DMK Enzyme & StemZyme treatments
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling
• MOXI laser treatments
• In-depth skin assessments
• Creating customized, results-driven treatment plans
• Educating clients on consistent skincare and treatment maintenance
• Recommending and selling professional skincare products, including DMK (in-house)
• Building, retaining, and nurturing a loyal client base
• Collaborating with and referring clients to other practitioners within the practice when appropriate
• Maintaining treatment rooms and assisting with common area cleanliness
• Cleaning and resetting rooms thoroughly after each client
• Communicating proactively with the team and leadership
• Participating in occasional team-building activities outside of regular work hours
• Attending trainings and staying open to learning new techniques and modalities

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Medical Aesthetician with at least one year experience
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and natural-looking results
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Easy to get along with, positive, and team-oriented
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment
• Open to constructive feedback and continuous growth
• Motivated to work hard, build clientele, and contribute to the success of the practice
• Comfortable helping with day-to-day tasks that support the clinic as a whole
• Phlebotomy certificate is a big plus, but not required
